What this policy covers

This policy covers amsekresearch.com and how AMSEK RESEARCH LABS LLP handles personal data when you visit this website or write to us.

It does not cover our apps. Loxymity and Aptafix each have their own privacy policy, published on their own site and in their store listing, because each collects different things. Read the one for the app you use.

What this website collects

Nothing about you, directly. This site is a set of static files. It has:

• no cookies and no local storage;
• no JavaScript at all, so no analytics, no tracking pixels and no fingerprinting;
• no advertising and no third-party embeds;
• no forms, no sign-up and no account;
• no requests to any other domain — the fonts, images and stylesheet are all served from this one.

We do not know who visits this site, and we do not build a profile of you.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. To deliver a page and to protect the site from attack and abuse, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. That processing is Cloudflare's, under its own terms, and it happens for every site on its network. We do not receive, store or analyse per-visitor logs from it.

If you email us

When you write to support@amsekresearch.com, we receive and keep whatever you send: your email address, your message, and anything you attach. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it.

Please do not send passwords, financial details, identity documents or other sensitive material by email unless we have specifically asked for it.

If you apply for work, we keep your application and anything attached to it for up to twelve months so we can come back to you if something opens up. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Legal basis and your rights

Where you email us, we process your data because it is necessary to respond to your request and for our legitimate interest in running and supporting our products. You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to support@amsekresearch.com and we will deal with it within a reasonable period, and in any case within the time the law allows.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will replace this page and change the date at the top. There is no separate archive; the version you are reading is the one in force.
