This website, amsekresearch.com, is published by AMSEK RESEARCH LABS LLP (“AMSEK”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability partnership registered in India under LLPIN ADB-6064, with its registered office in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. By using this site you accept these terms.

These terms cover this website only. Our apps are governed by their own terms and by the store agreement you accepted when you installed them.

What this site is

It describes who we are and what we build. It is information, not an offer, a contract, a quotation, or an invitation to invest. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and nothing here creates a business relationship between us. Any such relationship would be a separate agreement, in writing and signed.

Descriptions of products, their features and their availability reflect our plans at the date shown and may change. A product described here as in build or coming soon is not a commitment to release it, to release it on any date, or to release it in any particular territory.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, code, images and marks — belongs to AMSEK or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. AMSEK, AMSEK Research Labs, Loxymity and Aptafix, together with their logos, are our marks.

You may read, link to and quote short extracts of this site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it, sell it, use our name or marks to suggest an endorsement or association that does not exist, or scrape it at a volume that interferes with its operation. Our software is proprietary and is not open source.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, including to the app stores and to our product sites, we do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

No warranty

This site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or interruption, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site.
